An ultra rare 1950s Anglepoise Model 1208 designed by George Carwardine for British lighting company Herbert Terry & Sons circa.
Completely cleaned, burnished & rewired, PAT tested ready to go.
In absolute original condition with its original base & shade. With 4 springs that give it versitility in movement, all working in perfect order. This lamp is very rare & was replaced by the Anglepoise Model 1209 which was painted & did not have the tall heavy base. Very heavy lamp a true British design icon.
